M3.5 Flat Washers (DIN 9021) - A2 Stainless Steel Form G Flat Washers are both thicker than the standard Form A Flat Washer and have a larger outside diameter, making them the most heavy duty of all the standard washer forms. Flat Washers are used to increase the surface area of the fastener and therefore distribute the force more evenly across the fastened surface. They can also be used as spacers due to them being flat on both sides and are often used with timber to avoid pulling into the material. These Flat Washers are made from A2 Stainless Steel which provides corrosion and oxidation resistance.
